An essential walk through one of the oldest wine areas in the region.The tour starts in the city of Mendoza. From there we go and visit two wineries in Luján de Cuyo or Maipú area and learn about both , large scale and artisan, processes of wine and olive oil production.We will taste both wines and products derived from olive trees. As we go to each property, we will highlight the importance of both essential industries of our province.During the activity we will also get to know the irrigation system in some vineyards and its importance for the care of water as a resource for the community.
