Overview

Committed to the environment and in order to know the origins of the province, we will walk through the traditional streets of Mendoza City, to get to know it on a special walk.

In this adventure and surrounded by beautiful groves during the circuit, we will be able to better know the cultural and historical value, which influences the life of the people of Mendoza so much.

This program is divided into two itineraries that allow a complete tour of the city.

Old City: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
City of Plazas: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

The old city awaits us to discover the birth of Mendoza. Among its main historical points, we will visit the Foundational Area, with its main square Pedro Del Castillo and its surroundings, the Ruins of San Francisco and the Paseo La Alameda, designed by the Father of the Nation, General San Martín.
During the tour, we can visit his Historic House, a site with great heritage value.

Departures: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Point of departure / arrival: Área Fundacional Museum

After a great seismic movement and a new urban planning of the city, Mendoza’s downtown was born in its current location, where we can visit its beautiful squares.
On the walk we will visit Plaza Independencia, the central square of the metropolitan area of Mendoza; made up of five equidistant squares, which functions as a seismic refuge for all its inhabitants and visitors. We will get to know each one of them, Plazas San Martín and Chile towards the North and the Plazas España and Italia, towards the South.
