Cerro Aconcagua<\/b>\u00a0is an undisputed landmark in the\u00a0Andes<\/b>\u00a0and Argentina; It is a must see for climbers and tourists from all over the world.<\/p>\n

This tour was conceived to enjoy unforgettable landscapes and great stories that marked these paths; we will take the necessary time to get in touch with all its corners and discover its best kept secrets.<\/p>\n

We will head southwest on Provincial Route 86, enjoying the landscapes of\u00a0Cacheuta<\/b>\u00a0until we cross the tunnel that connects this town with\u00a0Potrerillos<\/b>. We will contemplate the wonderful view of the\u00a0Cord\u00f3n del Plata<\/b>, Mendoza\u2019s main water source, and the picturesque Potrerillos Dam, a mirror of crystalline water between mountains.<\/p>\n

We will continue along this path, contemplating the impressive landscape, passing through tunnels and bridges, until we reach the town of\u00a0Uspallata<\/b>. Again we will make a strategic stop to get a better view of the Valley as a whole.<\/p>\n

Once back on the track, we will travel a few kilometers, until we reach the \u201cPuente del Inca<\/b>\u201d , an iconic place of our\u00a0 mountain range.<\/p>\n

Once we return to the route, the\u00a0Aconcagua Provincial Park<\/b>\u00a0awaits us. There we will get the permits to take a walk of approximately one hour, to the viewpoint of the\u00a0Laguna de los Horcones<\/b>, where we can see the\u00a0South Wall<\/b> and the summit of the highest hill in America. (The walk is subject to weather conditions<\/em>)<\/p>\n

Finally, a mountain lunch awaits us at a hostel in the town of\u00a0Las Cuevas<\/b>, on the border with the Republic of Chile.<\/p>\n

*The route of the tour may be affected by road conditions during the winter due to weather conditions.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
