Anna Bistro is a paradise in the city with its green spaces, deck, living rooms and welcoming corners that feel like home. Unstructured and relaxed, this restaurant is in the middle of a garden so that the interior and exterior are constantly interacting. It´s a place to have a nice drink, eat, or maybe come for a delicious dessert. It doesn´t have the feeling of your typical restaurant, which provides the comfortable liberties to order anything from an entrée, to just dessert, or even to share a glass of wine over some appetizers, or perhaps a coffee and a macaroon. Open from the morning into the evening, Anna Bistro features a fun breakfast with baked goods from its bakery down the street, “Brillat Savarin.” Breakfast items include croissants, pastries, toasts, juices, eggs, yogurt, fruit salad and granola. They also have a bistro menu available all day in addition to breakfast and dinner. Anna Bistro makes their own smoked meats and cheeses including salmon, beef and pancetta. The menu values Argentine products such as meats and potatoes, or lamb in Malbec sauce. They try not to mix too many flavours to utilize the flavours of the existing product and keep its integrity. The restaurant itself also has much to discover – from the outdoor pergola, the smokeroom and the gardens to the underground wine cellar with over 200 labels from 60 different Mendocinian wineries.
