Ituzaingo Cocina y Vino is the loft of Chef Gonzalo as well as a small, intimate restaurant of 20 seats. It is located in a central, bohemian and creative neighborhood in the city of Mendoza inside one of the oldest lofts/houses in the province. In this restaurant, as if at the home of a friend, the guests are free to head to the kitchen and chat with Chef Emiliano, drink wines from Gonzalo´s personal collection and may choose to eat in the dining room or bring their dishes outside to the patio. The space is designed in such a way that you may also hold small, private reunions in the cellar or bigger events in the gardens. The menu offers ethnic dishes from all over South America as well as traditional Argentine plates. One of the values that Ituzaingo follows is the mix of different cultures and sentiments in a cohesive fusion. This is demonstrated not only in the food, but in the paintings and carefully selected music as well. The meal features various courses and many plates that demonstrate the chef´s culinary tradition as well as the cutting-edge style of contemporary kitchen.
