Nadia Harón arrived from Spain to accompany her husband, José Ortega, on his project for the winery O´fournier: a restaurant called Urban which has had great success. This served as incentive for her to dream up her own restaurant, ending in the birth of Nadia O.F. in the picturesque Chacras de Coria in Luján de Cuyo. Nadia O.F. is located in an old home from the 19th century totally renovated with an incredible indoor patio that has received international recognition. In 2012, the National Gastronomy Academy chose Nadia O.F. out of 300 restaurants as the best restaurant in Argentina and was also recognized as one of the grand capitals of wine. The kitchen of Nadia O.F. pays meticulous attention to three main premises: quality production, creative presentation and combination and integration of different textures. This makes sure that the food is felt with all five senses: sight, smell, flavor, touch and even sound – guaranteeing a satisfying sensation. Every course is different from the last but even in their diversity they are completely harmonious. The weekly menu is designed by Nadia Harón herself – chef and owner of the restaurant. The concept of the restaurant is the “savior” of traditional recipes but with new technologies. There is a tasting menu of six courses inspired by seasonal ingredients and popular international gastronomy.
