Siete Cocinas brings together the paradoxical values of simplicity & creativity, and tradition & innovation in a clear, and cohesive manner both esthetically and gastronomically. Siete Cocinas gets its name from founder and chef, Pablo del Río, whose experience and growth in the kitchen comes from his study of food in all seven of Argentina´s regions (each with their own styles and flavours): the northeast, the coast, the cuyo, the city, the pampa, the patagonia and the sea. Siete Cocinas can seat 70 guests, all of whom can observe the open kitchen from their seats. You may also choose to sit at the bar or in the wine cellar, depending on the level of intimacy you are looking for. Siete Cocinas is open Monday through Saturday from 8:30 pm to 12:00 am.
