The winery was founded in 2004 by a group of Chilean businessmen and an Argentine, Pedro Federido Rossel. From the beginning, the objective has been to develop high-quality sparkling wines. For this reason, they selected land in Luján de Cuyo which has zones with good altitude, ground with good drainage, and good temperatures for the growing of the vine.
The sparkling wines of Cruzat, made under the traditional method of a second fermentation in the bottle, reflect the eternal search for excellence and the constant attention to small detail during the winemaking process. This is a product that combines tradition, knowledge and technology in the hands of experts day after day who give themselves completely to the production of their wines and who create what Cruzat represents as “excellence in quality.”
