The philosophy of Domaine Bousquet is the focus on the preservation of high-quality grapes, for this reason the handling of the prime material is extremely important and governs the team that works at the winery; combining traditional and modern methods to produce high-style, high-quality wines. The winery has the capacity for 2.5 million liters of premium wines in stainless steel tanks, cement tanks, and American and French oak barrels.
The capacity of production in the winery is 100,000 hectoliters annually, equipped with latest-generation European equipment, mainly from France and Italy. In the decade of 2000, the winery underwent various renovations, creating unique spaces to enjoy and live experiences surrounding the world of wine.
