The land that today belongs to this enterprise is proof of innumerable feats: a region where the will and strength passed down the generations, from indigenous villages and Jesuit missions, including great people such as General San Martin. The San Pablo Vineyard is one of the properties with a rich history starting in the beginning of the 17th century. In the old days, it formed part of the “De Arriba” ranch, property of Jesuits. At more than 1,500 meters above sea level, in the heart of the vineyard, lies the ruins of the “Casa Grande.” During the visit, you will taste three of Salentein’s great wines, finishing in their Art Gallery, the only of its kind in all of Mendoza.
Located in Tunuyán, Salentein has a vision of quality with plantations of classic varieties, preserving the old vines, and applying artesanal European techniques with new advanced technology to create internationally high-end wines.
