Carlos Pulenta, the third generation of one of the most well-known families within the wine industry, started with his project: A winery located in the heart of Vistalba, in Luján de Cuyo city.It has a lodge with only 2 rooms, where you can discover the winery essential, experiment the wine-making process and keep in touch with the vineyards. La Bourogne, in charge of Paul Bondoux, is the winery’s restaurant where the best regional products are combined with French-cook techniques. You can enjoy wine tours from Monday to Saturday with previous reservation. The available visiting hours are 10:00am / 12:30am / 3:00pm /4:30pm.
The emblematic Vistalba Winery’s wines are red grape assemblage identified as A, B and C, which represents the best of each crop. The other wine is Tomero, which evokes the irrigation nobility with water of the mountain. Its wines are elaborated with grapes coming from Uco Valley.
