- Travel along National Route No. 7, enjoying views of Aconcagua and changes in vegetation.
- Go on a trek to Confluencia, passing by Horcones Lagoons and the Hanging Bridge, with a rest stop at Quebrada del Durazno.
- Reach the Confluencia camp, explore, and return to Horcones after lunch, then head back to Mendoza.

- Climb Cerro Arenales in Vallecitos, reaching almost 3,400 meters above sea level.
- Take advantage of the terrain for acclimatization to more complex treks.
